The Ref. 5905 combines two Patek Philippe complications that are highly prized by connoisseurs, the self-winding flyback chronograph and the patented Annual Calendar, and is offered in a new version with a rose gold case and a brown sunburst dial with a delicate gradient effect at the edge. Since this vertical clutch is virtually wear-free, the central chronograph hand can be used as a seconds hand.
