João is the Co-Founder of Dolks and serves as a Yacht Specialist at Overtoure.

In his role as a Yacht Specialist for Overtoure, he oversees the maritime side of the company, working across yacht sourcing, routing, and onboard experience on a global scale. His role is not limited to selection, but extends into shaping how each journey unfolds at sea, from crew coordination to overall flow. Operating across different coastlines, seasons, and timelines, he ensures that every movement remains aligned, even when plans evolve in real time. His work brings structure to a constantly shifting environment, maintaining continuity between land and sea without geographical limits.

Alongside his specialist role, João co-founded Dolks, a digital platform and mobile application developed for the superyacht industry to connect the maritime ecosystem in one virtual space. The platform features an interactive 3D globe to locate crew members and training centers globally, a comprehensive directory for dockside services and port logistics, and a global hub for maritime training courses to support crew career development.
