World Economic Forum

Each January, Davos becomes the centre of global business, finance, technology and leadership as the World Economic Forum Annual Meeting brings together some of the world’s most influential decision-makers.

For one week, the Swiss Alpine town transforms into a highly concentrated ecosystem of private meetings, invitation-only dinners, brand activations, executive lunches and after-hours gatherings, where some of the most valuable conversations happen beyond the official programme.

Overtoure provides a curated approach to Davos, combining access, hospitality and on-the-ground support around each guest’s objectives. From hotel and badge solutions to private events, strategic networking opportunities, dedicated concierge assistance and principal-hosted dinners, every experience is structured around discretion, efficiency and meaningful connections.

With four levels of participation, guests can choose from essential Davos access through to a fully managed, high-touch programme designed around their schedule, priorities and network.

You arrive in Davos with a plan. You leave with relationships.
